The innovator of 3D ATV fenders This is the site of airbrush artist Neil Olivier of Hugoton KS. Airbrushing is a part time job, and hobby for me since mid 2004. Since it is a hobby, I pick and choose my work, and workload. I only choose to take on jobs that interest me, and my darker style of art. I am also the designer and creator of the first 3D fenders for ATVs. These have since been copied and duplicated by a few companies out there, but like with any copy-cat design, the quality is not there.
